To get to Online Booking Page, go to „Apps“ from the menu and then „Online booking.“

The very first input field is your salon's online booking link. Take a little time and think through what would be the shortest and the most memorable address for your online booking page.

For example is too long and it's difficult for the customer to use, i.e., on the business card. Better would be or

After you've changed the address, click „Save“ and visit the address yourself. Just in case. 

It's already a working personal online booking page. After your customer makes a booking through it, the reservation will be automatically transferred to your calendar. 

I'm sure most features are not rocket science, and therefore I'm not going to dwell on them one by one. Go ahead, make some changes, save them and visit your online booking page to see how it affected your online booking system.

Here is a couple of thoughts on how to set up the online booking platform:

  1. Homepage – if your salon has its web page you should add the address to it. I would recommend to add it to the very last tab on the menu. Additionally, you should showcase it on a banner, services, and price list pages and why not – on the contact page. Unfortunately, every web page is rather different, so I'm not able to give you a step-by-step tutorial on how to do it. The creator or manager of the home page is usually able to do it in 2-3 minutes.
  2. Facebook – if you have a page for your salon on Facebook, open it and right under the cover picture there's a blue button where you can add the „Book Now“ button. To do that select „Edit Button,“ click „Back“ on the right-hand side. Then select „Book Services“ and „Book Now.“ The last thing would be to add your online booking address ( and „Save Changes.“ 
  3. Social media post - next time you're advertising on Facebook (or just posting a regular post), add the same link so that your customers could book appointments even more easily. 


Next, you're going to see how to set up automated e-mails and texts. These are the notifications customers receive after they have booked an appointment or before so they wouldn't forget.
